Fréa is a Community Interest Company bringing together three independent charities in the North of England: Irish Community Care Manchester, Irish Community Care (based in Liverpool and delivering services in North West) and Leeds Irish Health & Homes.

 

The work of the charities focuses on improving the health and well-being of vulnerable members of the Irish communities across the North of England. Over the past 12 months collectively the charities have supported 3,500 individuals. www.frea.org.uk


 

Job Title: Community Action Researcher and Advocate
 

We are recruiting a dynamic individual with a track record of leadership and innovation to join our forward thinking team. The post-holder will be employed by Irish Community Care and the programme will de delivered across the North of England.

Post-holder will set up and deliver a tailored and specialist programme to engage and support Survivors of Ireland’s Mother and Baby Home Institutions in Ireland 1922 - 1998; now living in the North of England.
 

Hours: Full Time 35 hours per week
Contract: Fixed Term to June 2022

Salary: 30526 per annum

Location: Working from home; programme delivery across the North of England.

Job Title: Digital Access and Inclusion Programme Lead


Post-holder will set up and deliver a Digital Access and Inclusion Programme to enable community members to learn new skills in digital technologies to widen opportunities, reduce isolation and improve health and wellbeing.


Hours: Full Time 35 hours per week
Contract: Fixed Term to June 2022 Salary: 26780 per annum

Job Title: Digital Access and Inclusion Volunteer Co-ordinator


Post-holder will support the delivery of the Digital Access and Inclusion Programme through recruitment, induction, training and ongoing support of volunteers.


Hours: Full time 35 hours per week
Contract: Fixed Term to June 2022 Salary: 23175 per annum
